Xenia is the Head of People Services for EMEA & Americas at Exness, overseeing employee experience, employee relations, benefits, and labour law compliance across three major hubs and nine additional offices.
Having joined Exness in 2018 as an HR Business Partner, she progressed to Head of HR Cyprus before stepping into her current regional leadership role. With extensive experience in HR strategy and people operations, she brings a strong understanding of navigating complex workplace environments, balancing business needs with employee wellbeing, and fostering a positive, compliant, and people-centric workplace culture across diverse markets.
