Her expertise spans talent management, succession planning, performance appraisal, L&D, and change management. She has successfully led HR teams, advised executive boards, and driven organizational transformation through effective people practices. Since January 2024, she has served as Head of L&D at RedCore, leading the creation of a Corporate Academy and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
