Natasa Iacovides is an HR professional with 22-years’ experience in the field. She joined Hermes Airports in 2007, and over the years has become the Director of Human Resources and Executive Coach, and the Code of Ethics & Compliance Officer. Throughout her career, she was a Board Member of the Cyprus Human Resources Management Association and the European Association for People Management. She is a member of the ACI Europe Leadership and Human Resources Forum where she held the positions of Vice Chair and Chair. Natasa’s moto is “every organisation is as strong as its people” and her primary goal is to maintain the healthy work environment which has been achieved in Hermes Airports. Her continuous passion, dedication and drive for excellence led Hermes Airports to become accredited and acknowledged by established organisations on a national and international level, with the latest to be the award: Investors in People Overseas Employer of the Year 2025 – Platinum category.
