Cleo began her journey in an unexpected way: she went to London to study dance but incidentally qualified as an accountant. She joined PwC Cyprus in 1992 and, after ten years and three children, became the first female partner at the firm. With more than 30 years of experience in tax and a wealth of technical expertise in both London and Cyprus, Cleo’s professional life today is diverse and fulfilling. Throughout her career, Cleo has always focused on people. As an EMCC accredited coach and an HRDA certified trainer, she is deeply involved in coaching, training, and mentoring, helping individuals reach their full potential and become inspiring leaders. Driven by uncompromising values and a passion for inclusion and equal opportunities, Cleo aids organizations in developing diverse and inclusive work environments.
